DWH said it was finished to NHBC standard, just cosmetic

Bends should have a radius 6 x the thicknes of the cable

We completed late September 2022 and had a professional Snagging company do a full defect report and they reported 204 defects. This increased to over 230 after we moved into the property. TFSearchWord
The original brick was to be Caldera Red, a lovely brick, then it was to be Olde Essex which later DWH said it was New Montana. The brick supplier look at our photos and said it did not look like their New Montana brick. TFSearchWord
This is the brick we expected, but we got who knows? Perry Champion from Champion Brickworks said it looked Rustic, just like other plots on site.DWH had their consultants MJA Consulting do a survey and their report said 3 of the 4 elevations needed to be removed and rebuilt from the DPC level up.
This is behind our fence. This was supposed to be a Battered Bank, to stop the ground movement. It needs a further 550mm depth of soil removed at the fence base to get the garden and fence to the correct level.
